Workflows - assign to user

It doesn't seem possible to be able to set a workflow where an activity (for example) can be automatically be assigned to specific user.  Can this be looked at?  Our emarketing system integrates with Pipedrive but all open/click/unsubscribe activities are shown to my users as 'hidden user' as they are automatically assigned to me as the admin.

    This is the way most systems work. The "integration user" is the owner of the records.
