Integration with my app

Hi everyone,

I want to integrate my Vue.js app to make calls with pipedrive. The best solution will be popup in every place (or only in person page) with my call application (similar to messanger app or something like that i mean popup with "contact us" live chat). It is possible in pipedrive? Maybe is exist tutorial to install similar integration?

But I have application to calling, I just want to install it and have shortcut in every page. If it not possible maybe you know solution to install my application/extension and use it on pipedrive?
