HTML Email template

Is it possible to setup a HTML Email template in Pipedrive? Need this inorder to send out a NPS survey.

    There is currently no way to setup HTML emails directly in pipedrive, but you can use a third party to send the NPS surveys using the data in Pipedrive.

    We would love to send out HTML emails from within Deals in Pipedrive (prefilling deal information)

    We do have a drag and drop HTML email builder as part of Campaigns by Pipedrive offering now. Check it out. Although these email campaigns are not available from within the Deals area of Pipedrive yet.

    Is there a new status? I'd love to send out better styled emails via pipedrive using templates.
