Track Country and Number of Employee Growth

We know we can track expansion revenue. But, is there a way to track a customer's country and employee number expansion?

I see we can add the Country field under "Details," but is there a way for this along with the number of employees to be tracked once this information is entered?

    This is a really interesting and original question. I see you have no replies yet, so I'm going to pin it to main feed for a couple of days, to get more eyes on it.

    Long answer:

    Not with solely PD functionality (someone please correct me if you think I'm wrong!). 

    Because - when you update a details field in pipedrive the difference is not recorded. You would need to use Zapier with Formatter to do a formula, triggered by a change in the original field value. This would fill in a new custom field with the amount of change. (you would need to list no. of countries to report/track the expansion here). 

    If you are on the Pro tier of pipedrive you can then create a report which can be displayed using the custom field for amount of change to show, for example, the monthly/quarterly/yearly increase.

    However! - you cannot report on contacts data in pipedrive - so this data would need to somehow be stored in a deal. (which is not best practice for a field relating to an organisation).

    Short Answer:

    No - use something like Plecto for more complex reporting functionality.
