Is there a way to click on the address in the deal and know how far it is from our business without having to copy and past it into google maps?

Yes I have seen that, unfortunately it doesn't help me plan out the routes for the guys looking at multiple jobs in one day.

This exact problem can be easily solved by a Pipedrive extension called Mapsly where you can quickly find your records around another record, or any other point on the map (including your current GPS location). It also allows looking not only at direct distance, but also driving distance/time while taking into account traffic.
