Adding ability to report on database changes

I am looking to take on people to qualify data in Pipedrive for me and fill in certain fields as they call through the data. It seems that there is no report currently that can show changes made/data fields completed in a certain timeframe so I can see that they are being effective and helping build a more complete database. I feel this would be a great addition to the product as it would give management a single pane of glass to be able to see if telemarketing staff are being effective.
