Using Pipedrive email only.

Is there anyone out there - just using Pipedrive for email? We're testing it with some of our sales people - so they only have access to email via pipedrive.
The like some of it, but find the lack of directories/folders a problem as they can't sort email.
Anyone doing something similar that can share their experience? How are you handling email like this?
