Ability to be able to filter inbox by linked contact persons.
I came across a situation where a client was using only the persons module, and sending emails to them, before deciding to convert them as deals later. But it was later realised that in terms of filtering the inbox, we can easily filter by emails linked to deals, but not by contact persons (they wanted to filter the emails associated with contact persons and bulk edit the visibility)
The filter 'from a contact person' won't be enough, because that will not cover emails that have been sent by a user, but not replied to by a contact person.
Would it be possible to have such a feature in the near future, which can easily cover all received and sent emails, linked to contact person ?

It is not in the plans to make this kind of change to the inbox for the very near future I'm afraid. The reason is that with many customers and requests, and limited development resources, we need to prioritise and decide what to deliver first.In the meantime I recommend:
