Persistent Email Sync Authentication Issues - 2FA - Nylas

We are having persistent email Sync, Contact Sync, & Calendar Sync issues.
When enabling sync and using Office 365 the Email sync will authenticate with 2FA Multifactor Authentication ,(is enabled in Office 365). The emails will sync for a day or so, then throw an error.
However, Contacts & Calendar Sync will not authenticate at all.
Pipedrive support says we must use the App Password method, but those are not accepted when Authentication window pops up for Office at https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/oauth2/v2.0
https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/login
OAuth2 apparently won't accept an App Password here in the authentication window & Pipedrive or Nylas apparently won't accept my normal 2FA login, and demand an App Password. So we are stick in a circle.
I have reset all permissions in Office 365 Admin settings in the Active Director Dashboard, etc.
Removing 2FA Authentication setting is not an option for obvious security reasons this day & age.
See error logs here.

Hello,
Having a look at this, I must say that this is quite weird since you could connect via Email sync but not Contact or Calendar sync. That being said, I checked internally, and I was able to see you have an ongoing chat support ticket open. I asked the agent to check this out with our engineers to understand better what is going on. We will be getting back to you through there.

Thanks for looking. On my screenshot from the Admin side of Office 365, why does it say its connecting to Microsoft Graph?

Figured out that Graph is the API, but it appears that Microsoft is requiring 2FA not app password.
See this.

Any updates?
Still having the issue. Office 365 rejects an app password when 2FA is available, and Nylas/Pipedrive hangs up with 2FA. Where are you at with resolving this?

Hello Chad,
I can see my colleague John, from support, asked you for some info. Please get back to them to get back to our engineers and tackle this as soon as possible.
