Feedback & suggestions: chatbot auto popup after x seconds

i am moving to pipedrive from another chatbot tool, i noticed that engagement was dramatically decreased after i am using pipedrive, the reason i think its beacuse before a popup windows in the chatbot appear after x seconds inviting to the visitor to write his questions or select the info.

to make chatbot window popup appear you can do it triggering when:
1. on exit intend
2. Time on page
3. % page scrolled

Perhaps you can consider this option in the future.
