Residential Sales/Estimating
I have run into some issues with emails and how they are linked to projects.
I believe you should be able to link an email to a contact that is not necessarily included on the email.
For instance, I deal with sales. We may email each other internally regarding a client, but the client is not included on the email. There should be a way to tie that email to the client's contact so that we have a log of the correspondence directly linked to the customer.
Additionally, sometimes we email about different projects/deals in one email. We should be able to link emails to multiple deals.
I believe this makes sense and would be a useful feature to anyone using the program.
