    Yes, there are a few examples of items you can put in pipedrive and cannot then change the information on them. If notes is a big part for your ways of working, you could create an "Activity Type" and call it note...each time you can put the text you want in, and you can move the times around. You can also run filters on these activity types, which notes don't allow you to.
