Notes text editor with Headlines

Hi! I prefer using notes versus documents. And I store in the notes all the "notes" from my meetings with clients. 

I structure the notes with headlines like:

question 1

• answer 1
• answer 2

Quesiton 2

 

However, the text editor in the notes is extremely simple. I can only add bold. Is there any way to create headlines/titles in the notes? or any workaround? Having a text editor like the one we have here to write a new post would be incredible
