So the new workflow automation is really awesome!

it would be really helpful if we could have it trigger a webhook action as well.

I would love to be able to trigger a webhook after certain criteria are met within workflow automation. (ActiveCampaign and Hubspot can do this 😉)

This would instantly make the native workflow automation 10x more powerful to fill in the gaps that are missing with external API workflows.

This would allow specific deal or person updates to be filtered down more efficiently than the catch-all updated.deal or updated.person webhooks. https://pipedrive.readme.io/docs/list-of-webhooks

Agree, it feels like a weird oversight, the filtering and conditions in the Workflow Automation are great.

Filtering the API responses to isolate updates is not easy.

My workaround has been to trigger a slack message in a private dedicated channel when looking for specific field changes, and passing just the organisation ID to watch and trigger other automations.

Need this so badly, you already have Slack etc, it's pretty much the same pls add webhook as an action of the automation.

    Hi,

we are using webhooks v2, so far so good. As a simple change e.g. on an organization always triggers a change hook, it would be great to have more flexibility on how to configure the webhook trigger. The idea is to allow the definition of certain field changes that trigger a webhook.

For example, only in case a label is changed or any other field on an org but with the possibility to define multiple filters.

    Thx!

    Susanne
