Email privacy settings should be mapped to organization or contact. eg. Stuff I mark Owner Only should by default have Not Shared settings configured for any email that is synced over.

I do not want to expose sensitive communications with a one size fits all approach to privacy.

Would be great if I could retroactively update records based on a setting like this if it ever does roll out.

    You're able to control sharing on the record level.

    If the user cannot see the record, they cannot see the emails.
