Workflow trigger with new activity from scheduler

Is it possible to trigger a workflow WHEN someone book me an appointment using pipedrive scheduler?It seems not to work :-( 

I have created this workflow:

Trigger event: activity created

Condition: Activity subject contains XY

Action: send an email

But it doesn't start :-( 

(Meeting detail contain "XY" in "Meeting Name")

    @Marco Govoni I was just about to respond that it should actually work. To be more sure you can also create a specific custom activity type that is created from the scheduler and trigger based on that :)

    like this @Mike van der Valk ? how do I then use the trigger in the conditions? not sure i am figuring it out by myself...thanks in advance!

    Hi @Francesco Stasi 

    Make sure that the workflow triggers with a new activity. You can filter out what new activities trigger it. So specific types or names of activities. If you can't figure it out then our support team is very happy to help you set it up!
