How can I see how many deals were in a Stage at a certain timeperiod in the past?

So let's say I have Leads, Active Leads, Qualified Leads, Opportunties and Quotations stages in my Salesfunnel/Pipeline. As an example, in May 2021 I had 10 Leads, 8 Active Leads, 5 Qualified Leads, 3 Opportunities and 1 Quotation. We're in July now and I can see how many deals are currently in my Salesfunnel/Pipeline, but how can I easily see how many deals were in a certain stage in May 2021?
