Seaking for advice - Email sync issue

My email account disconnected from Pipedrive about a week ago. I contacted Support and they are telling me that they are waiting after Engineers for a solution.
Anyone else had this issue before? Email sync is kind of the main feature of a CRM so I am not very pleased right now.

I found the outlook integration a lot more problematic and issue prone vs gmail

I just had the same issue resolved today after about a few days. Support was very helpful as usual. we use office 365. syncing seems to be an issue about every couple months. Of the 17 people we have on pipedrive I am the only one that uses email within pipedrive. If I had this issue with 16 other users I would go nuts.

Can't say specifically, engineers made some changes on the back end in both cases and they had me re-authenticate.

Good to know. I hope they will be able to fix this soon. I contacted Support last wednesday and they did not find a solution so far!
