Custom Fields only to be shown after a deal is won!

Hi there.
Wouldn't it be useful to have certain custom fields only be shown after a deal has been marked as WON? Or is it just me wanting that ...:-)

You can achieve using a combination of two things:
- Fields, if not filled, can be hidden.
- You can then set these fields are required when a deal is marked won.
