Insights is missing the Deal_Owner field for reporting

When reporting on Deal Performance the segmentation needs to allow for the Deal Owner, rather than the Organisation Owner.
This is essential in at least two scenarions;
1. When there has been churn of Account Managers during a year. The Deals closed by the departing "Deal Owner" is erroneously assigned to the new Account Manger who has been assigned as the Organisation Owner.
2. In the case of some Global Accounts the Organisation Owner is in a different region than where the individual deal is managed , so the Deal Owner needs to be credited with the Deal results.
This is causing us a real problem in reporting KPIs that the team can respond to.
Please ADD "Deal_Owner" as a field for selecting and segmenting reports in Insights.
