How do you track your competitors in Pipedrive?
We've created an organization for one but before we fully go down this road, we're wondering if there might be a better approach?

She's asking if anyone uses Pipedrive to track insights about their competitors. For example, when pitching to lead, if you gain some insight about a competitor you keep running into, do you log this information into Pipedrive in some way where you can easily pull it up the next time you to a lead who is using that competitor's product. She's asking if anyone has come up with a way to pull up all the insights about a competitor across all deals.

You could create a custom field with competitor names, etc. If you make this a single option field, you will be able to use it in Insights.

Potentially make a Pipeline and create deals for each competitor.
Then use stages to track different milestones each competitor reaches.
