Add ability to track the outcome of a call (mobile)

have a field where we can track the outcome of the call, custom field, once it's made, along with the note we add.
The field would be trackable for reporting purposes.
This is already happens for calls made straight from pipedrive via pipedrive caller. We need the same feature to exist for calls we make outside of pipedrive caller when the call logging screen comes up to add a note.
