Show deal count in Contact / Org List

Hi, 

Mostly for cleaning up the database, I would like to be able to see the number of leads against a contact or organisation - in the same way that we can see Open, Closed or Won Deals. see image

    It's not only for cleaning/sorting databases.  There is currently no link back to the Lead from the Person or Orgnaisation.  

    Please pop a section in to link back to all associates Leads.
