Workflow Automation: Transform Data from Fields

It would be immeasurably useful to be able to transform and populate data into fields through automations in a manner similar to what is seen in the use of Zapier's 'Formatter' function:

Example of using Zapier's 'Formatter' app to generate a value from a Pipedrive Deal title, replacing spaces with '%'.

While adding such a function may not permit of full regex manipulation, something simple and analogous would be supremely helpful for information management.
