I am currently trying to set up an automation that will be sending information of a client on Freshdesk to Pipedrive (I already have the Pipedrive extension installed on my Freshdesk account) but I am looking to send more information from what the current extension allows me to.
For example when I am creating a ticket on Freshdesk I would like to have the opportunity to create a note on the clients account on Pipedrive.
I do know that there are some tools like Zappier or Automate.io that can perform these actions for me but I would like to ask you if I can do that via the Pipedrive API or Apps.
