Custom Fields with Secondary Drop Down Options

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a solution to create multiple layers of single select options in the custom fields.

e.g. I select "Outbound Marketing" in a Custom field called Source.

Once I select this a second custom field called Secondary Source gives me the choice of Email, Linkedin, Cold Call, etc.

But if I select a different option in the original field Source, the options in Secondary Source are different.

I hope this makes sense, any advice very much appreciated!
