Bug: leadLabel API endpoint is not working

I tried https://api.pipedrive.com/api/v1/leadLabels?api_token={myKeyCensored}
and it returned error:
{"success":false,"errorCode":500,"error_info":"Please check developers.pipedrive.com"}

endpoint is probably not running at all ?
