Why does not workflow continues.. what's wrong. There is only 1 action per trigger. Can you please check the image below why the automation does not work & what can I do to make it work?

    Hi, @Akash Jaladurgam

    1. In the second block, the second condition states that Activity type is Discovery Meeting.
    2. In the fourth block. the third condition states that Activity type is Task.

Your activity type can be Discovery Meeting or Task, so only one action can be executed in your workflow automation.

    Hope it helps.

Can we use 1 trigger & make automation something like....

Every time an activity(A) is marked as done, create a new activity(B), once that activity(B) is marked as done, create a new activity(C), once the previous activity(C) is marked as done, create another activity(D). I would like to create an automation something like this..

Rather than using more templates or many automations.

I'm trying to fit 3 automation templates into 1 custom workflow.

If that is possible then please send an example. That would be a great help.

    Hi, @Akash Jaladurgam.

I'm afraid that your suggestion is not possible in Pipedrive. Your example requires three triggers as follows:

    1. activity A is marked as done
    2. activity B is marked as done
    3. activity C is marked as done.

I think making three separate workflow automations will be the best solution.
