Multiple Deal Owners/Shared Deal Ownership

Would be nice to be able to have multiple owners/shared deal ownership so that it shows up in more than one person's pipeline. Often times you'll be working with 1 or more other people on a job. You could sort by deals owned by x or y but then you get all the deals they are working on when maybe only a few are relevant to you as well.
