Feature Request: Dynamic Custom Fields

Use case for closing a sale and needing a custom field for my sales team.

We have a specific requirement on our service and we want our sales team to have to mark Yes or No if they client has those requirements filled before they mark the deal Won.

    How is this dynamic? Why can't you just use a custom field?

    For example, i need it to create a dynamic url to prefill our form. The url is based on deal id
