Tracking Replies / Reply Rate
After doing our first test mailout, it appears we're not being shown the Reply rate?
This is the most important insight for us, and is probably the most important statistic for any company where the objective of the campaign is to get direct replies.

Hi @Samwise Holmes , thanks for the feedback.
And you are spot on. Campaigns should generate engagement and often result in replies, new leads, or deals.
As of now, we don't have the functionality to track replies, as emails are sent via our shared email infrastructure rather than your own personal outbox, so we don't have a way to know that the person replied to that particular email. There are solutions of course, but not just yet. This is a known request and we've added it to the backlog already. We can't give any due dates though.

I can only speak for our company, but it's certainly a big deal for us, and would generally be a deal-breaker for an email campaign program to not have it!
