Pipedrive Speed & Latency Issues + Concurrent Connection Count to Company DB Exceeded Error #perfor

Any one facing lot of issues interms of pipedrive speed recently? We have lot of zaps failing and Pipedrive webapp is very slow and its hampering our sales productivity. We are also getting error from Pipedrive Zaps stating that Concurrent Connection Count to Company DB Exceeded. Will any one be able to help? There has been no answer from Pipedrive team yet on the issues.
