Caller reporting

Hi, i am curently trying  Caller for Pipedrive and something is a bit disappointing. I would like to set reports on sales performances. Eventually, i would like to know how many minutes they have spent calling prospects with Caller. How many calls they have performed and how many prospects they have been able to get over the phone.

    Hi Amaury,

    Thank you for reaching us about this! The calls made through Caller will behave like normal activities for reporting purposes. This means you can create an activity report for calls for tracking this information. 

    The total duration of the calls, on the report itself, will appear in hours. However, you can select a column that shows the duration of each call in minutes on the table below the report. Like here:
