Ability to report on products inside deals

Thanks for sharing @Teresa Tornero
Could you explain to me a little more why it would be more helpful for you to see those in the list view instead of how you can see it now on the deal or in the products section?0 -
Hello Teresa.
If I'm not mistaken, you are in a list view of deals. I understand that each deal (negotiation, opportunity ...) can have different products and for this reason the vision of different product lines of the same deal cannot be seen from this perspective.
If you go to Products and select one, you will get a list of all the Deals where a specific product is used (I pass screenshot). If you have a lot of products it is not practical, but exporting you ca do some things.
Not the best view, but I think it gets you closer to what you're looking for if @Mike van der Valk doesn't bring us something better.
Although an online vision (in the same SaaS) of what you need I think is difficult to get, I do consider that it would be important to export the Deals with product sublines if they have them.
If you select the tittle of the Deal you will acces to the deal file.

Hi, thanks.
But is really that what we are missing from the report, export information files.. is to have the chance of having a big picture in one view of the products needs for exemple in a filter of the deals that are in a particular pipeline, stage or status..
Exporting the deal list coming from the product one by one is not a efficient work for us.. and I thougt that as we can select the quantitie and amount it would not be dificult to have the name option..

Thanks for jumping in here @Xavier Framis
So the main thing if I understand @Teresa Tornero is you'd like to be able to report on your products in deals better? Where they are at in the Pipeline, what is sold a lot, what is not? Is that it?0 -
Hi Mike, yes.
what it would be great is to understand in the forecast (or list view), wich products will be necessary in the future. To support the demmand plannig process. Not product by product, but yes looking for eg. to all deals that are expected to close the next quarter.

I understand that she needs to know, in the list or in the forecast (that is, live or won offers), the products that each offer carrie (and not the offers that have an specific product, that it's the thing that you can extract at this time).
I made a consult like that some time ago and development told me that they would analyze it, since it made sense. I think it is a very necessary functionality!
Sorry for the intrusion!

Thanks for sharing. I've passed it along to our team as a suggestion. I think also considering Xavier's earlier comment in the long term it's better to have the info on reports instead of list view, would you agree?

I think that having also on list view allow as to manage the info us we need, exporting to excel and using it in a open way to share with our colleagues.
Thank you any way
