It would be very useful and save time being able to send one email for multiple deals.

Are you referring to using like a template?

Hi Carol,
Thank you so much for your feedback on this. We do have a group emailing feature that can be used to send emails to multiple contacts at the same time. This feature can be used from the deals list view to send emails to the contacts linked to those deals.
Another possibility is to use email templates to save time while sending emails individually.
I truly hope this can help. If you have any doubts about any of these features, please don't hesitate to reach out to our lovely support team. They will be there to help and guide you.
Kind regards,
Andreia0 -

Nope, the user is using outlook and would like to put all her selected customers in the bcc option and use the smart bcc function from all of the relevant deals. Hope this makes sense. I had a dialogue with Diogo from Pipedrive support team if that helps

You can do this if you have bulk edit permissions.
