I just want to know how can you read again your emails templates you've made.

Please someone let me know.

    Thanks a lot. 

    Also, can you tell me if I can change the set-up of the workflow automation? 
    Like if I win a deal and I want to send an email but 2 or 3 weeks after the deal's won.

    Hi again!

    This is not currently possible, but our product team for automations is already working on a delay step that would allow for the creation of automations just like the ones you mention. The feature is currently in closed beta testing, but we hope it will be available for everyone soon.

    This is a awkward. I am tuning the templates a lot and in order to access the template, I have to go to New email - Templates... Please have a look at Mailchimp - Templates is a menu item. Thanks!

    Is there an easy way to track the effectiveness of an email template?  ZoHo keeps track of the number of sends and opens for each template.  I would also like to manually note positive and negative replies to a particular template.
