I am interested in Helpdesk/Service apps that have a good integration with Pipedrive.
I want to have a 360 view of customers.

Zendesk has a pretty good pipedrive integration. You can see all PD details inside of Zendesk.

I want to see how Zendesk data looks in Pipedrive. Is there any panel, created activities etc. Your link is just showing how Pipedrive data will be shown in Zendesk.
