Workflow Indicator in Stage

I would like to suggest a new feature! 

I think it would be very helpful to have an indicator on any stages that have a workflow associated with it. Just something that when you are looking at the pipeline, there is a little star/shape/something that indicates there is something automatic about this stage. Maybe an indicator that is specific to the type of automation (email, activity, task, etc.).  It would be helpful not to go back to workflow each time i need to remember what automation I have set up.
