Advise on JIRA Integration

Hey,
Has anyone got integration to JIRA and are able to share some use cases?
We are looking at options so that we can manage customer-related activities from Pipedrive in our team workflows on JIRA.

Hi @Jake Canty-Davis , one of our support engineering teams here at Pipedrive actually uses a custom integration with Jira and Pipedrive. In a nutshell, they have pipelines in Pipedrive for managing tickets, that when certain conditions are met will create a Jira ticket for the relevant developers.

Sure, you can use Zapier to connect both tools for example. Or even create a bespoke integration if you have access to a developer.
