Greetings,

I'm filing another Korean translation mistake in trial sign-up, especially in the CRM experience questionnaire .

In English version, I don't see any problem.

In Korean version, however, we have a problem.

All three answers sound rude and abrupt because they didn't follow the rules of Korean honorifics. The correct translation will be as follows:

  1. I haven't used any sales tools before: 전에 영업 도구를 사용한 적이 없습니다.
  2. I use spreadsheets to track my sales data: 스프레드시트를 이용하여 영업 데이터를 추적합니다.
  3. I've used a CRM for my sales activities: 영업 활동을 위해 CRM을 사용했습니다.
