It would be great if templates could be given basic naming conventions to save manually renaming every file we create. Currently it gets: [customer name] [date] [time]. We would like to automatically name the file as: [template name] [customer name] or [template name] [job number] or (specified default value) [customer name] or something else along those lines.

Hey,
Very interesting. Currently we are using the naming convention you mentioned. Do you do this for templates or for documents as well? We also assume a specific convention for where files are stored in the respective cloud drive.

The naming convention is for documents created from templates.
Currently it is really hard to find a job card or service contract, when the only differentiation is the date and time they were created, so we have to manually rename the document after creation.

+1 for this feature. Even just a few tokens with a date/time formatter would be nice.
$accountName License - $date('mm-dd-yy') etc..0 -
Agreed, always having to rename the files is a time suck
