deselect recepients for a certain campaign

I'd love to have the opportunity to deselect certain contacts within a single campaign. Some individuals just do not need THIS specific e-mail. 

Would be great! :D

    Thanks, Ines for tagging me. 
    @Tim Claus the solution for this right now would be to build a specific filter that excludes individuals you don't want to email. An example would be: person country = germany,  person email "is not" XX@gmail.com.
