Email fix - EASY huge time saver and frustration remover

Im sure most of us have just grown to accept this poor UI in email conversations. But I think it COULD be a semi easy fix.

Right now if you are on a contact and you click the EMAIL link to start a NEW email. it is beautiful., seamless, easy and great UI and UX.

great UI/UX, can scroll and see all needed info!

BUT

THIS is horrible and very frustrating! When you click on a reply in the EMAIL CONVERSATION on the same customer contact it pulls up this monstrosity and blocks everything. no customer info, no notes, all is blocked by an UNMOVABLE popup. IN a browser!!?!?!?

 

bad UI. you have to close teh email window to see anything about the client, THEN reopen it.
