eMail Merge Tags within URL links

Does anyone have any work arounds for the lack of html level editing within PipeDrive eMails? We would like to have eMail templates with URL links that have MergeTags in them. Unfortunately PipeDrive is not substituting the Merge Tags that are within links in the eMail.

    Thank you for your question.

    You are right in saying that we do not currently support HTML in our emails. This is a feedback we receive often and the product team is aware of this need.

    Regarding the merge tags, what I can recommend is trying to use our merge fields for this.

    Thanks Andreia for the update. Yes it will be really useful.

    Can you confirm that merge fields resolve fields that are put into URL Links?
