Caller feature on the mobile app

Hi,

Are there any plans to make the Caller credits available through Pipedrive mobile app? Some of our employees experience power shortages from time to time so that they are forced to use their mobile phones, not desktop app. And the browser version on the smartphone is quite hard to use.

    You can use the mobile click to call feature in the Pipedrive App

    Hi Liudmila,

    Unfortunately, there are currently no plans to make the Caller feature available on mobile app directly, I'm afraid. When calling from your phone, your standard network charge will be applied to any calls made from the Pipedrive mobile app.

    However, I can completely see how this might prove useful and I have passed your feedback along to the product team. This feedback goes through an internal channel, so I can ensure you that it is valued and taken into consideration.
