Help needed: How can I filter "subscription" and there "description" containing a word

Challenge: I would like to see all companies with one or more deals where special words are included in the description of the subscription.
Problem: Unfortunately, these fields do not appear in the Insights and Filters for selection.
Background: We use the recurring billing model for all products that have an endless duration (almost all). This can currently only be mapped in pipedrive in this way. In the "description" field under the "subscription", the sales team consistently enters the names of the licensed products. After that, I need to be able to filter so that we can keep track of who has which products in use.
Any ideas? :-)
