Removing activities using automations

I'm trying to figure out how to delete activities if a deal is moved to a different stage in a pipeline.

Currently I have automations set that create activities when a deal is added to a particular pipeline stage, but based on. my business, if a deal moves to a different stage, a different set of activities is required.

Would love to make it so I can remove un-needed activities, just to optimize the experience better for myself and my employees.
