It would be very helpful if the SCRUM/Dev team would work to solve the shared email account for multiple Pipedrive users.  Email clients and other platforms have solved the duplication concern and it seems like it would be a high priority for a CRM to have this feature. 

 I purchased 2 additional users seats for the sole purpose of having the sales/design staff work from the same email account and have each of their work identified to them as individuals. However the unexpected consequence of setting up multiple Pipedrive accounts, is that the shared Quote/Estimate/Artwork email can't be synced properly. 

I really hope the SCRUM/Dev team is working on a solution for this issue. Being advised to go to the marketplace and pay a different company to solve this issue when it should be in the CRM seems weird and expensive. 

How are other teams managing through this?
