Pipedrive File and Attachment Backup and Recovery

We want to give a third party provider access via API to our Pipedrive account data, however, our concern is that given they have API access we have to consider the fact that they could accidentally through a bad call, or through an outside bad actor delete the data, including historical files and email stored within Pipedrive.

So I guess the question is twofold: 

1. Should this occur what are our recovery options within Pipedrive?
2. Are there third party providers that will do a snapshot of all our Pipedrive data, say nightly, so that in the event that EVERYTHING needs to be recovered, this is possible?

Try Flatly or Coupler to set up periodic backups. Need to check if they back up files too.

Please do make sure to share your API token or credentials only with trusted parties, as they may have access to your account's data and settings.

Not worried about the trusted party making adverse changes, but I do need to manage it as a possible risk anyway.

Flatly doesn't work, coupler looks like a possibility, thanks.
