    Hello @Natasha, it looks like our company doesn't the feature enabled in spite of the email saying that it is. Can you please enable this for us ?

    Would also be awesome if we can enable SMS sending through the integration as this is a big feature for us in Docusign

    Hi Natasha, I'm afraid we can't see the dousing tab in our integration settings yet?

    Hi Justin! Happy new year! 

    Currently, there isn't a way to get Pipedrive insights/reports on DocuSign signatures. If this changes or gets prioritized in the shorter term, we'll let you know! Regarding alerts - the status of the envelope will be updated when there are changes. Those updates will be reflected visually in the deal view. Also, you will receive the updates from DocuSign via email when recipients take actions on the envelope.

    Hi Ben! Happy New Year! Please check again, I've double checked to make sure everything is correct on our side. There may have just been a slight delay between when the functionality was made available and when my email went out to your team. Please let me know if you're still unable to see the DocuSign tab in the settings and I'll take a look at it immediately.

    Thank you, we've been waiting for the ability to use custom fields within smart doc templates.

    Do you know if Pipedrive drive has intention of building this out internally to add to their signature system?

    Currently, you can use custom fields as placeholders in Smart Docs templates. Custom fields should be available. The side bar in the template editor will show you all the available "Default Fields" and "Custom Fields".

    Yes and we use those for information we already have. I'm referring to "custom text input" fields during the signing process just like Docusign/Hellosign/etc use.

    E.g., 

    1. Make the template: drop in customer info fields, product fields, totals, signature fields, and custom text input fields (to be filled out during customer signing)*
    2. We generate the document from the template, which automatically pulls product and customer information from the deal.
    3. We click send for signature
    4. The customer can sign and fill out text input fields for information like contact information, billing address, etc. Any additional input that they need to accurately provide to be on our final contract

     

    The docusign integration appears to get us closer to that (I appreciate you adding us to the beta). I'm just curious if these custom fields will be natively built into the Smart Docs template editor. Having the ability to add the signature fields and text input fields directly into the template makes it impossible to make a mistake on the contract. All products get pulled from pipedrive automatically and every other field is programmatically generated or waiting for the customer to input during signing.

    Ah, understood. We've heard this before and although we haven’t currently prioritised it yet over other initiatives we’re working on it’s definitely something we’re actively monitoring. We can’t commit to anything at this stage but if things change and it gets prioritised we’ll let you know right here on the community as well. Thanks for sharing!

    Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work.

    I have tried reinstalling the add-on again, but it does not solve the problem.

     

    Specifically, I can see the installation, but

    The docu-sign does not appear correctly in the Smart Docs screen.
